Refund policy

The trial

Your first 3 days are free, starting when your account is created. No payment details are required for the trial, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged during it. If you do not buy, the trial simply ends.

The purchase

Full access after the trial is a one-time payment of $19.95, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Our refund policy

Sales are final and payments are non-refundable. This is because access to the whole course is granted immediately at purchase, and the free trial exists so you can try everything before deciding to buy.

Rights that cannot be waived

Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have that cannot be waived or excluded under the consumer law of your country. If such a right applies to you, it takes priority over this policy.

Problems with a payment

If you were charged in error, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or believe your payment was made without your authorisation, send us a message through the contact form and we will look into it.

If the service ends

A purchase grants access for the lifetime of the site. If Pronto Portuguese is discontinued, access may end. As set out in the terms of use, this does not create an entitlement to a refund or compensation.
